Description of Flowbag 05 Baggers
Automatic bagging machine for filling paper bags with high capacity, specially designed for fruit and vegetable products from 2.5 to 15Kg bagged with paper.
In its conception we have based on the automatic placement of these bags, extracting them dosed and sewn by the exit belt.
This bagging machine is controlled by an electronic system capable of giving the necessary orders and adjusting itself to the type of package and its dimensions, so that a great ergonomics and speed of work is achieved.
Its production is totally linked to the product dosing or weighing machine and its mechanical capacity, reaching up to 15 bags/minute.
- Proportional opening of the bag: In the displacement of the bag to the mouth, a mechanism is in charge of opening the mouth of the bag during its transport, with the purpose of arriving at this completely open for the later introduction of the shovels that will hold the bag.
- Two-stage inner paddles: The inner paddles are the elements that, in the first stage, allow the bag to be opened internally and, during the second stage, they separate and press the mouth of the bag from the inside against some external rubber bands to hold it and facilitate filling. With the first movement we obtain more reliability and with the second one more opening.
- Belt of contribution to the mouth, 500mm wide: The product that we receive from the weigher arrives to the mouth through an inclined belt. This belt, unlike other equipment, has a differential width with the capacity to collect the product from several belts simultaneously, and a rotating conveyor will be in charge of centering them towards the mouth. The adjustment is synchronized with the movement of the mouth, thus dispensing with other tools.
- Fichibein stitcher support: In the case of a right-hand exit, the stitcher is equipped with a side swivel for easy access to thread placement and maintenance.
- Synchronized chutes of the evacuation belt: The chutes are the handrails on both sides of the evacuation belt, adjustable in width and height. They have a synchronism system to avoid that the bag, after any adjustment, does not circulate exactly through the center of the belt.
- Vibration inside the mouth: Inside the mouth, an inclined shovel is in charge of vibrating the product during its transportation on the conveyor belt.
- Shock absorption: At the end of the conveyor belt, a floating element protected by a thick elastomer reduces the impact produced by the speed of the weigher belts.
- Ergonomics: In order to facilitate the daily operation of the machine, we have a rotating step and several positions to access the higher areas.
- Vibration at the bottom of the bag: During unloading, the inner part of the bag is vibrated by an eccentric motor to better settle the product.
- Vibration inside the mouth: In the upper central part there is a touch screen for machine operation, adjustments, alarm programming, etc.
